Enginewrights' Hall

In the chronicle
At the table
Holds the Deepcut jointly with the Bank Council and Hartfell. Copies withdrawal numbers before breakfast. The Crown surveyor cannot inspect without their books, and four of his reports were inaccurate because they supplied the figures. It serves every hall and could stop all of them at once, a position the Articles were never shaped for. Saye treats demarcation as engineering and will close a shop before running a doubtful boiler. It denies responsibility for fights in its yard while renting the lamps. Has declined every offer to sell its Deepcut share; offers a wrights' apprenticeship that draws clever children from the Combe Royal school.
