In August 4551 Sarrum shut the conduits to break a Fullers' stoppage; the associations combined and some nine thousand held the Fleecegate cistern. The bands killed 160 in one afternoon, but the Crown refused troops and eleven days of negotiation produced the Bill of Rights.
