A Sarrum hall band, in its modern armed form from 4497. On the tenth day of the Water Days in 4551 it refused an order and its Guildmaster upheld the refusal.
Apparently the armed band of the Weavers' hall, under Captain Ruth Fane.

Fane's view of Sarrum employers: 'Four employers in this city and every one of them will tell you the other three are not to be trusted.' Hall bands may not enter another hall's ground under arms or a neighbourhood without the council's written request. The refusal, by an unnamed band captain, is called the most consequential act by any individual in the county's history.
