A Hollowgate gang, least hierarchical of the five, governed by a shifting table of older members, mission contacts and household figures; many of its hardest members are visibly Afflicted, though it is not an Afflicted society.

Keeps mission routes open, will not touch a surgical house, drives predatory outsiders out; hard to bribe wholesale. It brokered part of the truce ending the Candlewick War. Tin Saint houses protect particular singers.
