Fighting in the lower Thames ruin from 4006 to 4014 A.C., when mercenary bands, relic hunters, toll captains and licensed guild companies struggled for descents, vault rights and salvage. The Cold Quay Accord of 4015 ended the worst of it by placing descents under Oxford, St Albans and restored-crown oversight.
