The Great Fire
London · Lower City · Southbank · White Dock
The name for London's two great burnings: the wind-driven fourteen-day firestorm of 4487 that razed much of the Lower City, and the eight-day fire of 4556 from the Southbank yards. Both are kept in the city's memorial year, from the Fourteen Fires to the Day of Ash and Water.
